Kia ora in reading this week I have been learning about Opera. what I was told to do was to find six facts about a man named Gaetano Donizetti. Gaetano Donizetti was born on Nov. 29, 1797. I did some facts about another man that wrote Opera and his name was Mozart. One fact about Mozart is that me and him share the same birthday he was born on January 27 1765.  this is my work I hope u like it🤗

In math this week I have been learning how to Multiply Decimals. The first thing we
were told to annoy the point and break it down to make it easier. After my 
group learned about how to Multiply Decimals we went to a table as a group and went 
on Romm9 class site then we went on the Multiply Decimals work page and did our work

 The inspiring women/Ruby tui

If there were a woman that really inspires me to chase my dreams , that woman would be Ruby Tui.  Ruby Tui plays for the black ferns. She  is a professional rugby player and  won a silver medal in the summer Olympics in 2016 and she  also won a gold medal in the summer Olympics in 2020. She lived in Wellington and was born on 13 December 1991. Did you know that Ruby Tui’s first sport that she played was football and she also played a little bit of netball. Ruby Tui  talks openly about her difficult childhood: she got abused, an alcoholic father, constantly moving houses,started to get into alcohol at the age of 13-14 and eventually ended up going to a women’s refuge with her mum. Ruby mum and her had to go to the women’s refuge to get away from her mum’s abusive boyfriend. Ruby mum signed Ruby up for rugby that she really enjoys playing. She also signed up for netball and football and dreams to become  a Silver fern or a black ferns. When Ruby Tui started to play rugby the coach was really impressed with her rugby skills and ruby tui discovered. 2012 Ruby tui was introduced to the black ferns and started to play professional ruby. My connection to Ruby tui is that she is Maori,lives in New Zealand and was born in New Zealand. Oh and the last fact I have about Ruby tui is that she is 32 and she started to play professionally when she was 21. Oh and  Ruby tui has a really good book that you can buy. The book is called straight up. What she talks about in the book is her growing up poor with her unstable mum to now being a successful rugby player. Ruby is half samoa
